Yes, core features are free. When premium features launch later, anyone who joined during early access keeps a 50% lifetime discount. We'll communicate before anything paid goes live, and upgrading is always up to you.
Do I need to enter a credit card to create a business profile?
No. You can create a business profile and use the core features without providing any payment information.
Is SupplyMatch only available in Canada?
SupplyMatch is Canada-first, but the plan is to expand into other markets so businesses can source across borders more easily. We'll announce new regions as they open.

How is SupplyMatch different from a regular directory?
A directory tells you who exists. SupplyMatch is built around a structured RFQ workflow: you describe what you need, the platform surfaces suppliers that fit on location, capabilities, certifications, and scale, and suppliers respond through a managed quote process. The goal is fewer cold emails and better-fit conversations.
What kinds of sourcing requests can I submit?
Ingredients, co-manufacturing, co-packing, processing services, packaging, and specialized capabilities. If your need doesn't fit an existing category, let us know — the structured options grow based on what real users are asking for.
Can I send one RFQ to multiple suppliers?Coming soon
Yes. An RFQ can be sent to several suppliers at once, and responses are managed in one place rather than scattered across email threads.
How are suppliers matched to my request?Coming soon
Matching uses the structured information in your RFQ — location, certifications, capabilities, production scale, and the category or application — compared against supplier capability profiles. AI-assisted suggestions will refine results over time, but structured filters come first so you can always see why a supplier was matched.
I'm a supplier. How do I get listed?
Create a supplier profile and fill out your capability information: what you make or do, certifications, location, production scale, and the markets you serve. Buyers find you through structured filters and through RFQs that match your profile.
Are suppliers verified?Coming soon
Suppliers create their own profiles and provide their certifications and capability details. Creating a non-verified profile is free, and profile completeness and supplied documentation are visible to buyers. A verification program is coming soon. Until then, buyers are encouraged to confirm critical requirements directly with suppliers as part of the RFQ exchange.
Is SupplyMatch available in French?
The platform is bilingual.
Can I delete my account or business profile?
Yes. Please get in touch and we'll remove your profile.
